Puget Collision, founded in September 2022, is a growing network of auto body collision repair centers operating under the CARSTAR and Fix Auto brands. Joe’s leadership vision is simple yet powerful: People First.
Joe Morella began his career in the collision repair industry in 1999 as an Estimator. With an education in business administration partnered with passion for the industry, he steadily advanced through roles moving to corporate leadership including Operations Manager and finally Regional Vice President at a major multi-shop operator (MSO).
Under his guidance, Puget Collision has cultivated a culture of Trust, Collaboration, and Empowerment—building Engaged teams and a brand known for excellence in both service and workplace culture. His journey reflects not just a career, but a lasting legacy in collision repair.
In 2020, Joe took a bold step by opening his own repair facility and joining the Fix Auto USA network. Just two years later, Driven Brands—the parent company of Fix Auto—offered him the opportunity to acquire ten of its corporately owned locations in the Pacific Northwest. This pivotal moment marked the beginning of Puget Collision.
Today, Puget Collision operates over 60 locations under the CARSTAR and Fix Auto USA brands across Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona and Colorado. With a team of over 600 dedicated professionals, the company continues to grow while staying true to its core values.
