Gary Hogan has been a key member of Puget Collision since its founding in September 2022. With over 23 years of experience in the automotive and insurance industries, he began his career as an Insurance Claims Adjuster. He later advanced to a Multi-State Material Damage Claims Manager before leaving the insurance industry to become a Regional Manager for ABRA Auto Body and Glass. Prior to joining Puget Collision, Gary served as VP of Operations for Driven Brands’ CARSTAR locations in the Pacific Northwest.

Gary aligns closely with Puget Collision’s core value of Grateful, sharing: “To represent such an amazing team of experienced, passionate, and dedicated stakeholders to influential insurance and strategic vendor representatives—and to create opportunities that showcase our capabilities—is an absolute privilege, for which I am truly grateful.”

Following Puget Collision’s acquisition of those locations, Gary joined the executive leadership team as Vice President of Strategic Accounts. Known for his leadership philosophy— “plan the work and work the plan”—he drives business development through strategic DRP partnerships and deep industry insight. He also provides valuable analysis on carrier performance and market trends to support team education and growth.

Gary played a key role in securing the AsTech Diagnostics and Calibration partnership, enhancing Puget Collision’s technical capabilities. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington and serves on the MSO Symposium Advisory Board.
