Brie Hoyer. With over 25 years of experience in the collision repair industry, Brie brings a deep understanding of operations, leadership, and team development to her role as VP of Operations for Oregon and Colorado. Her journey began as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), and she has since held nearly every key position in the business—including Parts Manager, Production Manager, General Manager, Company Trainer, Operations Specialist, Market Manager, and even business owner. Each role has shaped her leadership approach and broadened her operational expertise.
Brie also embodies Puget Collision’s core value of Grateful. She believes in starting each day with appreciation for the opportunities it brings. “I’m grateful to be part of Puget Collision—not just for the opportunities it has given me, but for the growth and success it continues to offer our entire team.”
Brie is certified through I-CAR and ASE, and continues to pursue professional development to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
Her leadership philosophy is rooted in humility and accountability: “I lead by example—not only by performing in my role, but by being able to execute the roles of those I serve. A strong leader must understand every position they oversee well enough to step in and do the job themselves. I will never ask someone to do something I wouldn’t do myself.”
