Brie Hoyer  brings more than 25 years of experience in the collision repair industry to her role as Vice President of Operations for Oregon and Colorado. She began her career as a Customer Service Representative and has since held nearly every key position in the business, giving her a deep, firsthand understanding of shop operations and team development.

Brie strongly embodies Puget Collision’s core value of Grateful, starting each day with appreciation for the opportunities ahead. She is proud to be part of Puget Collision and values the growth and success it creates for the entire team. Brie holds I-CAR and ASE certifications and continues to invest in ongoing professional development.

As a leader, Brie believes in leading by example. Her approach is grounded in humility and accountability—understanding each role well enough to step in when needed and never asking someone to do something she wouldn’t do herself.
