A brief exterior cleaning to see all visual damage, Scanning the vehicle for system faults related to incident, and then disassembling components to diagnose all hidden damage related to the accident.

Confirming all parts necessary for replacement and ordering them from vendors. Getting ETA’s, and statuses.

Finalizing the repair plan and confirming with technicians before reviewing with customer to help give an estimated time of completion for repairs.

Contacting the customer to go over the repair plan, the parts, and necessary sublet needs for their vehicle and to confirm communication needs.

The repair process commences with our skilled autobody technicians. Repair work is checked off by technicians and production managers.

Paint and Refinish work by our skilled Refinish teams. All Paint work is looked over and checked off by painters and production managers.

After the refinish work has been completed, we reassemble the vehicle for completion.

10. Process Q.C.

After Reassembly, a post repair scan is performed on the vehicle to assess modules. We address Sublet repairs and recalibrations necessary for your vehicle, Along with that confirm all repairs have been completed.

11. Q.A. Inspection

This is the final inspection, after all sublet and repair needs have been met, done by our team to confirm your vehicle is ready to come home.
