“In 2022, Puget Collision, headquartered just south of Seattle, was acquiring locations that had previously been under different ownership. Puget’s management team understood the importance of vehicle scanning to return vehicles to pre-accident condition and needed to standardize processes across the organization. Their stated goal was for each of their 47 shops to scan every vehicle 2012 and newer, but management and the shops themselves lacked clear visibility into their activities.

Tom Redding, Puget’s Chief Operations Officer, noted that their first step was to select a scan provider who could support the organization’s scanning and calibration needs. Starting with the four providers who integrate to CCC ONE (a “must have” for Puget), the organization piloted multiple vendors and ultimately selected Repairify’s asTech all-in-one solution.
