Tom Redding  joined Puget Collision as Chief Operating Officer in November 2022, bringing more than four decades of experience in the collision repair industry. He began his career on the shop floor and progressed through roles in detailing, paint, parts, estimating, and shop management before advancing into executive leadership at a national multi-shop operator (MSO).

Tom’s leadership philosophy centers on empowering team members and creating clear career pathways. Aligned with Puget Collision’s core value of Proud, he is committed to fostering a people-first culture rooted in growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.

As COO, Tom drives operational excellence and consistency across Puget Collision’s growing footprint. Under his leadership, the company expanded from 17 to 55 locations in two years, while implementing standardized operating procedures, building a strong regional leadership team, and successfully launching the I-CAR Self-Delivery Program—an accomplishment achieved by only a small number of MSOs nationwide.
