Tom Redding joined Puget Collision as Chief Operations Officer in November 2022, bringing over four decades of experience in the collision repair industry. His career began in a detail department and evolved through roles in paint, parts, estimating, and shop management, eventually leading to executive leadership positions at a major multi-shop operator (MSO).
Tom’s leadership philosophy centers on empowering team members to reach their full potential. He is deeply committed to creating clear career pathways and fostering a culture of growth. Aligned with Puget Collision’s core value of “Proud,” Tom takes pride in building a people-first organization that supports both internal and external stakeholders.
As COO, Tom drives operational excellence and consistency across Puget Collision’s expanding footprint. He champions the integration of advanced technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of industry innovation. Under his leadership, Puget Collision has grown from 17 to 55 locations in just two years. He played a pivotal role in building the regional leadership team and establishing the standardized operating procedures that guide the organization today. Additionally, he led the successful implementation of the I-CAR Self-Delivery Program—an achievement shared by only a handful of MSOs nationwide.
A strong advocate for leadership development and continuous learning, Tom holds numerous industry certifications, including I-CAR, ASE, and several paint maker certifications. He has completed professional development programs such as Dale Carnegie’s How to Win Friends and Influence People, the T.E.A.M. Outlaw Leadership Workshops, DISC assessments, PRINT, and Leadership in High Gear.
