William Bray joined Puget Collision in January 2023 following the acquisition of his family’s body shop—one of the company’s first acquisitions in Oregon. With nearly 30 years in the collision repair industry, William began his career as a detailer and worked his way to becoming a successful shop owner and franchisee, transforming his family business into a high-value operation.

A strong believer in people development, William is driven by his guiding principle: “You’re either green and growing or brown and dying—there is no in-between.” He is proud to be part of Puget Collision’s vision and values—the Trust and Empowerment that allow teams to create meaningful growth together. Throughout his career, William has helped thousands of families return safely to the road.

William was soon promoted to Vice President of Business Development, where he leads Puget Collision’s acquisition strategy. William identifies growth opportunities, builds trusted relationships with partners, and collaborates across teams to support sustainable expansion. He has played a key role in the growth of Puget Collision’s 57 locations.
