William Bray joined Puget Collision in January 2023 as Vice President of Operations, following the acquisition of his family’s body shop—one of the company’s first acquisitions in Oregon. With nearly three decades of experience in the collision repair industry, William began his career as a detailer and steadily advanced to become a successful shop owner and franchisee. His leadership was instrumental in transforming his family business into a high-value asset.
William is a growth-oriented leader who lives by the motto: “You’re either green and growing or brown and dying. There is no in-between.” He embodies Puget Collision’s core values and shares: “I am proud and grateful to be part of the Puget Collision vision. I feel trusted and empowered to seek out new opportunities for growth. United with my teammates, we bring opportunities to life and build lasting value.”
Soon after joining Puget Collision, William was promoted to Vice President of Business Development, where he now leads the company’s acquisition strategy. In this role, he identifies new growth opportunities, builds strong relationships with potential partners, and collaborates across departments to drive sustainable expansion. William has played a key role in securing a significant portion of Puget Collision’s current 57 locations.
