Monique Martinez has served as a Financial Controller for over eight years and joined Puget Collision in September 2024. In her current role, she oversees daily accounting operations, leads the month-end close process, prepares profit and loss statements, and manages the company’s annual financial audits.

Her professional background includes:

• Financial Oversight & Reporting: Successfully managed the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP, ensuring both accuracy and timeliness.
• ERP System Management: Led multiple ERP software implementations, optimizing financial workflows and system integration.
• Operational Leadership: Directed cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency across departments.
• Internal Controls & Compliance: Strengthened internal controls and managed external audit processes to ensure regulatory compliance.

Monique holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington.
