Meet Our Team

Lindsey Badgley brings over 18 years of collision repair industry experience, having built her career from the ground up. She began as a Customer Service Representative in the shop and steadily advanced through roles in Parts and General Management. Her dedication and leadership eventually led her to the position of Financial Controller, working closely with the original owner prior to the company’s acquisition by Puget Collision in September 2022.

Lindsey is guided by the principles of progress over perfection and action over words, consistently leading with results. She lives by the belief: “Your actions should inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more.” She proudly aligns with Puget Collision’s core value of Proud“When we take pride in what we do every day, anything is possible.”

Following the acquisition, Lindsey continued her journey with Puget Collision as the Financial Controller. She later transitioned into her current role, where she leads all payroll processing, benefits administration, and employment tax compliance. Lindsey played a key role in the successful implementation of ADP, ensuring accurate and efficient payroll and benefits processing across the organization.

She holds certification and training in bookkeeping and multistate payroll taxation, bringing specialized expertise to her role.
