With over 27 years of experience in the auto body industry, John brings a deep well of operational expertise, leadership, and team-building to his role as Regional Leader for Oregon South. His journey began in the shop as a detailer, progressing through production and estimating roles for a decade before stepping into leadership as a General Manager for 15 years. He also served as a Market Manager for a company supplying products to military exchanges, further broadening his business acumen.

John’s leadership philosophy centers on helping every team member succeed.
