Dave Haire is a seasoned collision repair professional with over 30 years of industry experience. His career began as a Body Tech Helper and evolved through nearly every role in the shop—including Structural Technician, Estimator, Production Manager, General Manager, Compliance Manager, and Operations Director. He also brings the perspective of a former shop owner, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both the technical and operational sides of the business.

Guided by his leadership motto—“Learning Something New Every Day”—Dave embodies Puget Collision’s core value of United. As Quality Technician Trainer at Puget Collision, Dave serves as an I-CAR Self-Delivery Instructor and a trusted technical coach for technicians and estimators. He’s a go-to resource for technical information across the organization, supporting Production Managers and General Managers alike.

Dave is a 30-year I-CAR Instructor and spent a decade as Operations Director at Professional Collision Group. He is also a certified I-CAR Welding Instructor, specializing in Steel and Aluminum GMA Welding, MIG-Brazing, Aluminum Repair, Spot Welding, Rivet Bonding, Measuring and Anchoring, and Mixed Attachment Methods.
