Daniel Seubert joined Puget Collision in November 2023 as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions, bringing extensive experience in corporate development and strategic transactions.

Daniel’s leadership philosophy is to “lead with purpose, grow with gratitude, and win together.” Embodying Puget Collision’s core value of Trusted, he believes that integrity, accountability, and bringing others along are the foundation of bold, lasting leadership.

In his role at Puget Collision, Daniel leads the company’s end-to-end acquisition strategy, from initial outreach and negotiation to deal closure and post-acquisition integration. In 2024, he successfully closed and integrated more than twenty acquisitions and expanded the company into California and Colorado, while developing the company’s M&A playbook to ensure smooth integration and alignment with Puget Collision’s culture and operations.
