Daniel Seubert joined Puget Collision as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions in November 2023. In this role, he leads the company’s end-to-end acquisition strategy—from initial outreach and negotiation to deal closure and post-acquisition integration.

Before joining Puget Collision, Daniel served as Vice President on the Corporate Development team at Moss Adams, the sixth-largest CPA advisory firm in the U.S., where he focused on driving client growth through strategic transactions.

He also developed and refined the company’s M&A playbook, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with Puget Collision’s culture and operations. Under his leadership, the company expanded into California and Colorado, marking a significant milestone in its growth strategy.
