Brent Biggerstaff has been with Puget Collision since its inception in September 2022, bringing over 25 years of experience in the automotive and collision repair industry. Starting as an Estimator, Brent has held diverse roles—from CSR to Regional Manager—and has also led teams outside the industry, including at Phillips Petroleum and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Brent exemplifies Puget Collision’s core value of Trusted. From onboarding new stores to resolving compliance challenges, he is known for treating every issue with urgency and care. His consistent presence and problem-solving mindset have made him a dependable partner to store leaders and a valued member of the Puget Collision team.

As Compliance and Training Manager, Brent oversees regulatory and safety compliance across all 57 Puget Collision locations. He manages training platforms for I-CAR, Collision U, and GMG EnviroSafe, and ensures all inspections, permitting, waste removal, and OEM certification renewals are up to date. He also maintains key digital profiles including Entegral, CCC Grow My Network, and Carwise.

Brent has achieved 100% I-CAR Gold Class renewals since 2022, reflecting his commitment to excellence. Though not involved in daily operations, his work ensures stores remain compliant, safe, and efficient. Brent maintains his own knowledge and certifications in I-CAR Gold Certified and ASE Management, as well as BASF Glasurit, Chief Frame Machine, EPA Section 609, and Nissan.
