With over 20 years of experience in the collision repair industry, Amy Redding brings a deep operational understanding and a passion for team development to her role as Performance Leader. She began her career in customer service and parts posting, progressed to Center Leader, and later transitioned into Central Services—where she specializes in file auditing, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliation.

Her leadership motto, “Happy and informed employees will do their best to do a good job for all stakeholders,” reflects her belief in transparency, empowerment, and continuous learning. Amy’s current responsibilities include ensuring insurance compliance, auditing performance for State Farm, and coaching estimators to improve RPM scores.
