Amanda Fazio brings nearly 30 years of business administration experience to her role at Puget Collision, with a career spanning procurement, marketing, project management, and operations. She holds a degree in Office Administration and is certified in Human Resources, with active membership in SHRM and involvement with the HR California Chamber.

Amanda entered the collision repair industry over a decade ago, joining the Bickett-owned Fix Auto locations in Southern California. Her leadership and operational acumen led her to the role of Operations Director. Following the acquisition of these shops by Driven Brands, she served as a vital liaison between corporate leadership and shop teams, ensuring continuity and alignment.

Her leadership philosophy—“Be prepared”—reflects her commitment to Puget Collision’s core value of Trusted. Amanda is a strategic partner who ensures compliance, fosters employee success, and champions a workplace where every team member is supported and empowered.

In January 2024, when Puget Collision expanded into the California market through the acquisition of these locations, Amanda was entrusted with a new challenge: to build and lead the company’s first-ever Human Resources department. Since then, she has played a pivotal role in shaping a people-first culture across the organization.

Amanda authored Puget Collision’s first team member handbook, developed company-wide compensation plans, and introduced structured career pathing. She also leads the company’s branding and marketing efforts, helping to define and promote the Puget Collision identity.
